- Return and Exchange Eligibility
You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:
✓ The product has quality problems (such as broken, unthreaded and other workmanship defects)
✓ The received product is seriously inconsistent with the order description
✓ Apply within 14 days after receipt (subject to the logistics receipt record) - Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Please send an email to supercraft@woventidy.com and provide:
●Order number
●Reason for return and exchange
●Clear photos of product problems (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for review
We will respond to your application within 2 working days and inform:
✓ Whether the return or exchange is approved
✓ Specific instructions for returning goods
Step 3: Returning goods
●Please use the original packaging or properly package
●It is recommended to use a traceable mailing method
●The return address will be provided by email
Step 4: Processing method
●Refund: Processed within 5 working days after receiving the return, and returned to the original payment account
●Exchange: Send a new product within 7 working days after confirming the return

Freight responsibility
●Quality issues: We bear the two-way freight
●Non-quality issues: Customers bear the return freight
Refund amount
Only the actual payment amount of the goods will be refunded, excluding the original freight (except for quality issues)
